6. Technical requirements
1): the chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy bars shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.1. When repeated inspection is required, the allowable deviation of the chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.2.
2): the diameter or side length of hot working bar and its allowable deviation shall comply with the provisions of table 1.
3): the allowable deviation of diameter of cold-drawn bar shall be in accordance with the provisions in table 2 after hot processing (grinding) of polished bar and cold rolling.
4): after hot processing, the roundness of turning (grinding) polished bar shall not be more than half of its dimensional tolerance.
5): the indefinite length of the processed bar is 300-6000mm, and the indefinite length of the annealed bar is 300-2000mm. The definite length or multiple length shall be within the indefinite length range. The double length shall also be included in the amount of notches in the bar, 5mm for each opening. The fixed length or the double length shall be indicated in the contract.
